i read the wind-up bird chronicle written by Haruki Murakami.This story is about a men whose name is Toru Okada. He is an ordinary men. but his life started to change after he got a phone call from a strenge women.H is cat was missing and he looked for the cat for his wife Kumiko. She has a job but Toru has no job because He quit his job.when he was looking for his cat, he met a girl called Mei Kasahara.She didnt go to a high school. She is very mysteriour but Toru became close to her. One day he got a phone call from awomen called Maruta Kano. She had a special power and said that she could help him looking for his cat...
there are many strenge people in this book. but i like the creziness of them!! I like Mei Kasahara. She has a job which counts bald head. It sounds like interesting!!To be honest i couldnt finish reading this book because it has 600pages long!!! but i want to try to finish reading it.Currentry, i read the scene that Mei and Toru were counting bald head as a pert time job. Bald head was assorted by 3 types like ABC.i enjoyed reading this book. i really would recomend to read this book. it was interesting!!!!

5.The Body

this is a story about boys who looked for the body.the main character is Gordon.He was intelligent and knows a lot of story.He had an older brother their parents loved him but he was dead.after he was dead, their parents often talked about him and Gordon was ignored. they often hung out and very close. one day Vern heard his brother talking that there was a missing boy and police didnt find his dead body. after he heard this, He talked this story and suggested to look for the body.they believed that if they could find the body they would be famous. so they started looking for the body.

i have watched this movie but i dont remember whole of the story. i didnt know that chris joined college chorce!i enjoyed reading this book. i want to read more Stevens book.

J.D Sallinger

Im going to write about J.D Sallinger. He is an American writer. He was in secondary school. He is famous for the writer of The cather in the rye. It was on Newyork Times Bestseller's list and seld about 250,000 copies a year. Heborn in Manhattan, Newyork on 1st Janualy in 1919. He started writing when he was usually write about very young people and their problems. His books were popular and influential among young people. After he became famous, he struggled unwanted attention. There were a lot of books about him published but he didn't want to publish these books.He tried to stop to publish it for bringing lawsuit.It didn't work though.
He was married in 1955 and had two chilldren. Hw was dead January 27 this year.
I watched the news about his death. I had heard his name but never read his book.
I like Haruki Murakami and he likes J.D. Sallinger. Thats why I chose to read J.D Sallinger's book. I found that he wrote about young people and their problems he was poplular amoung young people.

4, Diary of a Whimpy kid

I will introduce the book named Diary of a Whimpy kid that I have read.It looks like Diary but it is not real diary and it is a novel in cartoons. There are many pictures in it so, it is easy to read. The author is Jeff Kinney. He wrote this book in 2007 and he is an famous American writter. This book is the first one in series of Diary of Whimpy kid.It is the one of new york tomes bestseller so, it is popular in the US. It also became a movie which was released in March 2010.I really want to whatch it.

Im going to tell the story of this book. The main character is a boy called Greg. He is a junior high school student and he has 1 older brother and 1 youger brother. His older brothers name is Rodric and he likes Metal rock music and plays drums. His younger brothers name is Monny he goes to kinder garden. Greg has a friend cslled Rowley. He think Rowley is fool but he enjoys playing with him. This book describe Gregs life in School. It is kind of comedy and it is fun to read. Manny is cute and Greg is sometimes mean to other people. I like the part that Manny was reading the magazine to choose Christmas present before Christmas day. He was circkling every thingle toy that he wants on Christmas day in spite of Greg adviced that he shouldnt circle one or two. He dont listen his brothers words at all.

I really reocmend this book! This book became one of my favorit books. You can enjoy reading and seeing pictures.

3.The catcer in the rye

I have read the book called The catcer in the rye. This book is a american popular novel written by J.D.Salinger. I chose this book to read because my favorite writer Haruki Murakami likes it.

It is about a boy whose name is Holden. He droped out the high school and he hated a lot of things. He was sick of people around him.He had a fight with his roommate before he was leaving the school so, he left the high school before the day that he was supposed to leave. He couldn't go home because if his parents know it, they will get angry.He have to kill a time so, he down to NY. In NY, he met old friends and went to bars.He often think about Jenny who was his old friend and want to see her. He always tried to give a call her but, he didn't. Finally he went back to home and he decided not to go to a high school anymore and go to somewhere.

I like this book so much. I have had the same feeling as Holden has. Sometimes I feel like that im sick of everything and i just want to runaway from everything. This book really got me thinking about life or something.It was a little hard to read because there are a lot of american slung in it. I think it is good to study american slung though. If you want to learn American slung or you are interested in it, I would recommend it!!!

"tonight, Manny was going through the Cristmas catalog, picking out all the stuff he wants with a big red marker. Manny was circling every single toy in the catalog. He was even circling really expensive things like a giant motorized car and stuff like that."

This sentence is from Diary of a Wimpykid page 115.This book is about a boy called Greg.He is a junior high school student. He has a younger brother, his name is Manny.
In this scene, Manny is reading the Cristmas catalog and circling toys what he wants. Then greg is looking at him and give an advice that he shouldnt circle every single toy he wants, he should circle one or two toys. Manny dosent listen his brothers advice though.
I like this scene, because Manny is cute. He wants a lot of toy and he dosent think anything. Finally he got all of toys he circled in the catalog.

1. Who do you like the most in your familiy?
I like my older brother Allie the most. He was so smart and kind and he liked reading books and poets. He was inteligent but he was dead. I miss him a lot.

2.Why do you hate the school?
Because there are a lot of stupid guys, girls and teachers. I cant stand to have them around me. Also, the classes are stupid.

3.Why didnt you give a call Jane?
I just didnt feel like it. Also, I hadnt seen her for a long time and I was hesitated to talk to her.

4.Whats your favorite book?
My favorite book is Great Gatsby. It is a masterpiece. I also like the book which my older brother D.B wrote.

5.What are you gonna do when you are back to home?
Firstly, Im gonna give a call Jane and meet her. She supposes to be in home. Im looking forward to see her.

2:Crime and Punishment

I have read Crime and Punishment by Fyodor Dostoevsky. I've always wanted read this book, because this is Gromit's favorite book(Gromit is wallece's dog)and I wanted to read something serious book! It was hard to read and undersatnd though...it is so philosophical book and there are many difficult words to understand. I couldnt even read main character's name. This story is about young man who murders old moneylender and her sister. He stole old moneylender's money. He burys the money and never use it. Everyone thinks he murders because he wants the money. Though,He never murder because of money and never regrect what he has done. This is interesting book and it describes alot of poverty people and people who has a lot of mind problem (it is kind of sick). I want to recommend this book to all my class mates.

1.EMMA

I have read the book called EMMA by Jane Austen. Jane is a famous British writer. I like reading her book and also EMMA became one of my favorite books.
The story of this book about Emma Woodhouse and her friends. This is a love story.
The main characters are Emma and her friends Harriet, Mr Elton, Mr Knightley.Emma is a rich young women and lives in Hartfield with her father.Emma likes to arrange marriage for her friends even if they dont want to. One day, she thinks that it would be nice that her friend Harriet marrys Mr Elton who is a vacar and rich.So, she trys to make Harriet to love Mr Elton. She is young and belive she does good things for her friend. However she makes a lot of mistakes then ahe learns a lot of things. I would like to recommend this book because it is easy to read and interesting. Someone who likes reading love story, I recommend it.
